POLICY
12 hour cancellation
Our cancellation policy is not to punish those cancelling but to give a better opportunity for others to attend class. If you cancel within a 12 hour period, you will be charged.
5 min cutoff
If you arrive more than 5mins late, your bed may be given to a standby client/you may be refused entry. Please do your best to arrive on time.
