Reformer classes that lay the foundations for your pilates technique and give you everything you’ll need to build strength, stability and coordination, whilst still offering a great challenge. Suitable for all levels.
Progress your Reformer practice with Level 2. You’ll find a lot more spice, with movements and sequences designed to take your strength, stability and co-ordination to the next level. Not suitable for beginners.
Strong Level 2 options plus advanced offered only. These classes are extra challenging on body and mind, and it is expected clients have significant Pilates knowledge.
Inviting, low-impact jumps using the jumpboard, seamlessly integrated into the precise and attentive environment that defines all CC sessions. Jump 1 is accessible for all levels.
Designed for our Pilates regulars. These sessions combine all the core benefits of CC with targeted jumping elements, requiring greater coordination, strength, and Pilates awareness. Reformer experience is essential.
