Upfront payment of the full amount for the half or full year membership is required to secure the class rates.
Once a half or full year membership has been purchased, the total number of classes based on the type of membership will be applied to the customers account for flexible use during the term of the membership.
Holding of membership. Customers are entitled to apply to put their membership on hold for a maximum of 1 week over a 3 month period. This works on a pro-rata system. A customer may apply to freeze their membership, giving 7 days notice, due to medical, travel or personal reasons. Customers will not have access to any bookings or facilities that form part of the Agreement while the freeze is in place. Any further requests to freeze will only be considered with supporting documentation provided by a registered professional.
Half or full year memberships cannot be refunded (partial or full) if circumstances change during the membership term. We may be able to facilitate the use of passes by another client on a case by case basis.
Late cancellations (less than 8 hours), and non-attendance to any booked session will result in a lost session.
