Membership Benefits + T&C's

Benefits:

  • Rollover. Unused classes rollover each week and are available to be used for an additional 7 days. 
  • Advanced unpaid bookings. Members are entitled to book as far in advance as they choose, to reserve their desired sessions, unpaid. The higher the membership tier higher the priority level.
  • Secured rate. Any classes reserved above your membership entitlement, will be charge additionally, at your membership rate. Automatically applied upon booking, for example: 

Scenario 1; You're on an upkeep, 1/week at $28/class, next month you decide you're keen to do 2 one weekend so the system will charge you $28. 

Scenario 2; You're on progress,2/week  at $26/class, you had one class rollover so next week you're doing 3 sessions. You're keen on the same session the following week so you book an extra class, the system with charge you $26 for the one additional.

  • Pause facility. Members can pause their membership for up to 7 days over each 12 week period or a total of four weeks per year. See below membership terms & conditions for further details on this.

Please note that our late cancellation and non-attendance policies still apply with memberships. Class bookings must be cancelled at least 12 hours prior to the class time for a pass to be returned to a member’s account.

 

 

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Parties to the agreement contract This contract is between the member ("customer") and Core Collective Limited (“Core Collective").
  2. Minimum term of 12 weeks. A Minimum Obligation Agreement means an agreement that has a minimum term commitment to maintain payments, post this minimum term the agreement will continue indefinitely until terminated by the customer or Core Collective.
  3. Payment of Fees. The customer must pay all fees and charges incl GST as applicable, for the term of their membership. Interest may be charged on all overdue fees and amounts at the rate of 5% per month.
  4. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours), and non-attendance to any booked session will, result in a lost session/additional charge if all sessions are allocated.
  5. Weekly payment will be taken within 24hours of the chosen date. If the date falls on a weekend day or a public holiday the time period will be within 24 hours from the start of the next business day. 
  6. Rollover classes. Classes unused will be available for an additional 7 days following their current membership week. Following this 7 day period these classes are abandoned (no exemptions).
  7. Any additional classes used, whether for class attendance, no show or late cancellation will be charged at membership rate. This charge will be automatically applied to the account details provided.
  8. Changes in Membership Fees. Outside of any minimum term obligation agreed to by the customer, Core Collective may adjust membership fees at any time giving 21 days’ notice.
  9. Holding of membership. Customers are entitled to apply to put their membership on hold for a maximum of 1 week over a 3 month period. A customer may apply to freeze their membership, giving 7 days notice, due to medical, travel or personal reasons. Customers will not have access to any bookings or facilities that form part of the Agreement while the freeze is in place. Any further requests to freeze will only be considered with supporting documentation provided by a registered professional.
  10. Termination/Changes. If a customer wishes to terminate their agreement or change their membership type, they must give 4 weeks notice. If a customer wishes to terminate their membership within the fixed term or minimum obligation period, the customer must pay a cancellation fee of $50.
  11. Overdue payments. If a balance is outstanding for more than 4 weeks Core Collective may notify any credit reporting or referencing agency of the default, and may pass the customer’s debt for collection to a third party agency.
